Karina's Cakes Policy

For all orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order; the remainder is due by the day of your event. Your order will not be made until we have received your 50% non-refundable deposit. Payment can be made by cash or PayPal. Most orders placed with less than two weeks notice require payment in full by cash or PayPal at the time of ordering unless stated otherwise. If you wish to cancel your order, your balance payment is refundable provided notification of at least five (5) business days prior to the event. There is no payment refund on orders canceled within five (5) business days of the event. Tasting appointments are held for most, but not all, orders. There is a non-refundable $15 deposit required for appointments, payable by cash or PayPal. The $15 deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your cake.
